Shipping Policy

Lion Fitness Gear ships lifting belts, gym apparel, and workout accessories to locations across the country. Because we work with fulfillment partners and warehouse locations, all delivery timelines are provided as estimates, not guarantees.

Processing Time: Orders are packed and processed within 3 business days
Estimated Delivery: 3-7 business days from ship date, using live rates from USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL Express
Shipping Area: We currently ship within the United States only
Tracking: A tracking link is emailed once your order ships

Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident shopping at Lion Fitness Gear. Returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the product.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all original tags attached
Water bottles, shaker cups, keychains, necklaces, funnels, and towel + bag sets are final sale unless defective or damaged on arrival

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible within the 14-day return window. Include photos and your order number - we cover return shipping in full when we shipped the wrong item or it arrived damaged.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Order changes or cancellations must be requested as soon as possible. Once an order enters processing or ships, changes may not be possible.

Lion Fitness Gear is hosted on Shopify, which provides the secure ecommerce platform we use. Your personal information is used only to process orders and provide support.

Payment details are processed securely and are never stored directly on Lion Fitness Gear servers.
